A consumer Apple XDR display is now DICOM-approved for diagnostic radiology. Pair it with open-source viewers and you have a workstation. Pair that with crowdsourced specialists and you can validate medical-imaging datasets without enterprise tooling.

This is the public sandbox. It runs on synthetic mammograms from the FDA t-synth dataset (CC0). Real PHI never leaves the radiologist’s machine in the local install.
